Never Give Up

There’s always going to be those people who walk into your life and you just know. You know that from the moment they entered your life, regardless of what type of relationship it will be, they are meant to be there.

You found that person, the one that tells a similar story to your own. They don’t have to be your romantic interest, your lover. They are the people who know what it is like to not know where this road you are on will take you. They understand life’s struggles, heartbreak, hardships.

You found your soulmate.

They come from where you did. They grew up in that lonely town with people who only wanted to get out but someone always found their way back. They believe in the same things that you do. They want the same things out of this life.

They leave a fire behind wherever they walk. They strive for the best. They sparkle even when the things that have been dealt to them turn up short. They burn so brightly that you can’t help but want them in your life.

You found that person, your parallel.

But, don’t fret if you haven’t found them yet. These people come into our lives at the most random of moments – some of these moments so short that it is like you blinked your eye and they were gone. Then there is some that will linger, having their moments last a lifetime. Understand this.

Your time will come.

Never give up.

Because these people are here to remind us about the good in life – the good in ourselves. They are here to remind us that we are not alone on our journey – that the steps that we take, we don’t have to take alone.

Never give up.

They will find you.

You will find them.
